Dr. Audra Davis is an Organizational Psychologist who leverages formal training, unending passion and a 15-year track record of successfully developing people’s potential. She is a career coach, a “what’s next?” expert and a motivational maven. Dr. Davis has sparked clients across the globe to define their passion, chart their path and execute their “power of potential plan.” Whether a young professional, mid-level manager, seasoned executive or Household CEO, she utilizes a custom set of tools to deliver superior results for those ready to transition to a new career and/or strengthen their current career.
Dr. Davis has extensive leadership experience working in and consulting to non-profit and for-profit organizations, focusing primarily on organization and people development. In addition, she has functional expertise in various human resource and organizational effectiveness areas, including global diversity, employee development and training, recruiting, customer service, business process improvement (Six Sigma) and quality. Dr. Davis holds a bachelors in Psychology from DePauw University and a masters and doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University. She serves on the board of the Middle Tennessee YMCA Black Achievers program and is an alumnus of Young Leaders Council in Nashville. Dr. Davis is happily married to Matthew; their two young children, Asha and Solomon, keep them very busy.
